Succeeding at interviews

Once you are registered with Apex Employment we will try and arrange interviews as soon as possible. The interview is your chance to convince a prospective employer that you’re the right person for the job, and our experience shows that good preparation will settle your nerves and give you a much greater chance of success.

1. Preparation

Do your research in the following areas:

• The interview

• The job

• The organisation

The Interview

Ensure you are clear on:

• The date and time

• How to get to get there

• Who will be interviewing you and their position/s within the organisation

• The format of the interview and if there will be any additional tests or exercises
